Services & Scope

We will provide Services with reasonable skill and care. The specific scope, price, and schedule are set out in your quote or booking confirmation. Images and descriptions on the site are illustrative.

Bookings, Access & Preparation

Area	Summary
Access	You are responsible for ensuring safe access, electricity/water where required, and removing fragile/valuable items unless otherwise agreed.
Parking	Reasonable parking or permits should be arranged by the Client where applicable. Parking charges may be recharged.
Cancellations	Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee (typically up to the agreed call-out or first hour charge).

Pricing, Payment & Invoicing

Quotes	Quotes are based on the information provided and valid for the period stated. Variations may change the price.
Payment	Unless otherwise stated, payment is due on completion (domestic) or within agreed terms (commercial).
Overdue	We may charge interest and reasonable recovery costs on overdue sums under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.

Health, Safety & Environmental

We follow applicable health, safety, and environmental standards. Where chemicals are used, we use appropriate dilutions and controls. Please keep children and pets away from work areas while work is carried out and until surfaces are fully dry.

Damage, Liability & Guarantees

Existing Condition	We are not liable for pre-existing defects, loose surfaces, crumbling mortar, unstable pointing, or wear that becomes apparent during cleaning.
Limits	We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the affected Service, except for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Guarantees	Any guarantee will be set out in writing. Guarantees may be void where maintenance or recommended aftercare is not followed.

Complaints

Please raise any concerns within 48 hours of service completion so we can investigate and, where appropriate, rectify. Contact: info@clearwaterkent.co.uk or via our contact page.
